This is a personal website owned and operated by Leighton Price (UK). This page explains what personal data is collected when you use it, and why.
What I collect
The only personal data collected anywhere on this site is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. Basic technical details (such as IP addresses) may also be processed temporarily by the form service to prevent spam.
How it's collected
The contact form is provided by a third-party service, Letterbird (built by Good Enough), and is embedded directly on the contact page. When you submit the form, Letterbird processes your submission and forwards it to my email inbox. I don't run any server-side code to collect or store this information separately.
Why I collect it
Solely to read and reply to your message. My lawful basis for processing this information is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. I don't use it for marketing, don't share it with anyone else, and don't add you to any mailing list.
How long it's retained
Messages sent via the contact form remain in my email inbox for as long as I need them to respond and keep a record of the conversation. They are then deleted in the ordinary course of managing my inbox.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted where applicable. Just use the contact form to get in touch.
Links to other websites
This site links out to a few external services — including Buy Me a Coffee and World Rugby. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover — I'd recommend checking their policies directly if you have concerns.
Changes to this notice
If what this site collects or how it's handled ever changes, I'll update this page.
